• Business profile information: the details you enter into the AI Brain Builder — company name, industry, location, goals, departments and roles — which we use to generate your AI Brain content.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number; we receive only your email address, order details, and payment status from Stripe.
• Usage and technical data: standard web analytics such as pages viewed and device/browser type.

3. How We Use Information

• To create your account and authenticate you.
• To generate, store, and deliver your AI Brain blueprints and purchased kits.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and grant access to purchased products.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, account and access notices). We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.
• To detect fraud, prevent abuse, and keep the platform secure.

4. AI Generation

When you request an AI Brain generation, your business profile is sent to our third-party AI providers solely to produce your blueprint. Do not include information in your business profile that you are not comfortable processing for this purpose. Generated content is stored privately in your account and is visible only to you (and us, for support and abuse prevention).

5. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform — our hosting provider, payment processor (Stripe), AI generation providers, and email delivery services — under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention and Your Rights

We keep your account, business profiles, and generated brains while your account is active. You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account and its data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period and retain only what law or legitimate fraud-prevention requires.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies, where used, are aggregate and do not identify you personally.

8. Security and Children

We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your data. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
